We’ve designed a clean, distraction-free, and intuitive training platform that will help ensure you have the best possible training experience.
Here is some useful information on how the site and the courses work.
Learner Dashboard
The learner dashboard allows you to view and access your training courses. From here, you can start or resume a course, and navigate to other areas of your account. To start training, click on a course in the available course list.
Certificates Page
From this page, you can view and print awarded certificates, or buy a certificate for a course you previously completed.
Course Structure
Our courses are broken down into the following components:
Course: e.g Bloodborne Pathogens: General Workplace
Module: e.g. Introduction to Bloodborne Pathogens
Lesson: e.g. Needle Stick Injury Statistics
Module Quiz: e.g. Quiz: Introduction to Bloodborne Pathogens
Once you’ve clicked on a course in the learner dashboard, you’ll be directed to the course’s main page where you can view and access the modules. To start your training, click on the first module and follow the on-screen instructions.
Completing a Module
After clicking on the module on the course page, you’re brought to a module page with an overview and a lesson list. Click on the first lesson and the Lesson page displays. From here click the Launch button and a new window will pop up containing the responsive content. Once you’ve viewed a lesson you will automatically be taken to the next lesson in the module.
Completing the Module
Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the module.
Quizzes
Each module will end with a quiz. Once you’ve completed the module, you will be required to successfully pass a quiz in order to progress through the course. If you do not complete a quiz, you will be unable to progress to the next module.
After completing the final lesson of a module you will automatically be taken to the quiz.
You can also click on the quiz on the module page and you’ll be taken to the quiz start page. Click the Start Quiz button and complete the quiz at your own pace.
